An important thing: these videos and the channel are dated from some days. Indeed, there has been a bug and, because of this, the channel (and the content) has been deleted. Some fans asked YouTube to return it and, with the help of few people, they returned the channel and its two videos.
Aokiji Games and his channel
I guess you don't know Aokiji Games, a famous gaming youtuber in Japan. He's english-japanese but lives in Japan.
He was very appreciated by the YouTube community. He made a lot of gaming videos on varied supports: PC, emulators, and few games consoles, but mostly on Pokémon.
Now, let's talk about his channel and mostly, the subject: why Aokiji Games created a scandal in his country. Indeed, his videos presented a lot of racism statements. There was more and more of them gradually as he made videos.
In his let's play on few games (mostly Pokémon), he said some severe things, like for example that the black people was less than the white people.

As you can see, he now has only twenty suscribers, and this because of two things:
1) The recent politic of YouTube which unsuscribes automatically people when they don't watch a video of the youtuber while some time (for more informations, you can search on Google or another search engine).
2) The entire community of Aokiji which unsuscribed herself. Only few inactive persons or in agreement with him have stayed.

Now, you must wonder, why is there only two videos in his channel?
In fact, Youtube has deleted all the content but his first and last videos.
IRL (in real life), we asked a japanese YouTube moderator (we know him): "Why haven't you deleted these?". Translated, he said "I dunno very well. We kept the first, a no-racist and the last videos because, otherwise, the community would has been very disappointed."
Indeed, it's quite important to keep them; at least, there is still a trace on him, who was an important youtuber in the japanese community.
The two videos
Let's talk about the two videos on the Aokiji Games channel. They are subtitled by fans (like all the subtitles of YouTube).
The first is a "welcome" video, when Aokiji explains the concept of his channel. As you can see, it's quite perfunctory. There are only a black background and some text in colored fonts. It was his first video, it's normal.

It's the same with his last videos, where he says he won't continue to make videos and he makes kind of apologizes. Saddly, he says that he thinks it was the truth. This one is in english. Aokiji said "I think my english community deserves to know too what's happening, and... it's more serious in english, though." He says goodbye. Some fans made subtitles in french. Indeed, he had also a french community thanks to some famous youtuber who talked about him.
